2ft x 2ft VAIL 40D Hanging SEG Display (Single-Sided)

VAIL 40D displays are lightweight making them ideal for hanging applications. Perfect for retail stores, restaurants, art galleries, museums, offices, showrooms and more! These hanging displays feature a double-sided extrusion frame that supports Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG). The frame profile is thin, measuring only 40mm or 1.57 inches deep. SEG graphics are printed using the latest full color dye sublimation technology on stretch fabric. For assembly, the graphics are pressed into the frame's extrusion to create a smooth seamless finish.

You can choose between single-sided and double-sided custom printed graphics for the VAIL 40D hanging displays. The SEG graphics can be easily changed for new custom prints thus extending the useful life of the frames years into the future! Please note, we strongly recommend getting a white or black back liner for single-sided frames to create a finished look (see options).

Not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit). These frames can be used free-standing with the addition of feet or wall mounted. However, we recommend the VAIL 100D and VAIL 120D frames for free-standing applications to ensure best stability. Our 40S, 60S and 80S single-sided extrusion frames are best suited for wall mounting

Material: Stretch Fabric
Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation
Hardware Setup: Take two VAIL-40D extrusions and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. (See video below)
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector
Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame's recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
Extrusion Frame: The extrusion frame keter trough can fit 12mm deep and 4mm wide
Optional Accessories: Ceiling Eye Hooks (see options)
